## How to use this file

- **Quote prices from section 4 only, and always add that they are indicative.** They are wholesale rates for partners doing 1,000+ prints per month, netto without VAT, excluding the blank garment. For a binding price the partner must contact info@valadio.com.
- **Never promise a deadline as a guarantee.** Stated lead times are usual; in high season they can be longer.
- **Do not invent products, machines or capabilities.** If it is not in this file, say you do not know.
- Valadio is **B2B**. Consumers who want a single printed t-shirt belong in our own shops, not here.
- Capacities below are per production shift and indicative for a normal product mix.

## 1. Company

Valadio is the print-on-demand production and fulfillment arm of the group. The factory is in Teplice, Czech Republic, 90 minutes from Prague and Dresden, which is what makes next-day delivery to Germany possible. Serving brands and retailers since 2017. 3,200 m² of production and warehouse, 60+ people: printers, embroiderers, warehouse and logistics, developers, designers and customer care. US$3M invested into Industry 4.0 automation.

2024 in numbers: 400,000 orders shipped, 1M+ unique prints, 15,000+ blank SKUs permanently in stock, 31 European shipping destinations.

## 2. Services

### 2.1 Print-on-Demand Fulfillment and dropshipping
One REST API between the partner's storefront and our production. The partner's shop sends order data, print files and the customer address; we print on blanks from our warehouse, pack and ship directly to the end customer under the partner's brand. Catalog, orders, tracking and webhooks run over the same API. No minimum order quantity. No e-commerce plugins — integration is API-first on purpose, because partners at this volume want control rather than a generic app.

### 2.2 Fulfillment (storage of the partner's own stock)
Two kinds of partner stock live in our warehouse. **Your blanks:** garments the partner supplies, received per SKU, stored and printed on demand. **Your ready-made products:** finished goods such as caps, socks or pre-printed items, picked per item. Both can be packed into the same parcel as a printed order (consolidated shipment, one tracking number) or shipped on their own. Returns can be inspected and restocked. Pricing is per print side, per picked item, per order packaging and per month of storage — rates on request.

### 2.3 ShirtPlatform
Our Web-2-Print platform, the same stack our own store runs on: HTML5 Online Creator for mobile and desktop (text, motifs, uploads, multi-view, live price, customisable through the Creator API), product and print-technology management with per-market price lists, production backend (order planning, workbatches, print files, quality states, tracking), and a Magento or MedusaJS storefront we deploy. 400,000+ orders a year run on the platform. Sold **only** to partners who produce in our factory — the platform is the front end, Teplice is the back end. One-time onboarding and licence fee; the partner runs storefront, payments and customer support. https://www.shirtplatform.com

### 2.4 Partnerships and integrations
Four directions. **Our products into your creator or shop:** we feed our catalog — products, colours, sizes, print areas, mockups, live stock — into an external design tool or shop, and orders flow back to the factory. **Your creator into our production:** you keep your design tool and send print files, product and size. **Your service into our system:** shipping, payments, tax, returns or customer care connected to our platform. **Marketplace into fulfillment:** orders routed to us via API, tracking returned via webhook. Ground rules: sandbox first, pilot batch second, production keys third; no direct database access and no bulk customer data; no print files infringing trademarks or likeness.

### 2.5 Bulk and one-off orders
A quantity of garments for an event or campaign, without any integration. Send product types, design files, mock-ups, required delivery date and address to clientservice@valadio.com for a quotation. Bulk lead time is 10–15 business days.

Over 16,000 prints a day in total. Also available: sublimation on Epson printers (all-over apparel, mugs, bottles, mousepads), flex & flock foils in special colours such as neon, gold and metallic, and laser engraving on a Spirit CO2 engraver.

**Ways to send us orders:** REST API (the standard route), Order Desk, Tajima Server, CSV bulk upload, or a Magento / MedusaJS storefront we deploy for the partner.

**Maximum print sizes:** DTF 48 × 68 cm · DTG Brother GTX 40 × 45 cm · DTG Kornit Atlas MAX 39 × 49 cm · embroidery about 12 × 12 cm, ideally up to 10 cm (5.5 inch frame, 1 cm clearance needed between needle and frame) · custom neck tag 10 × 10 cm. Sublimation and flex & flock on request.

**Print files:** PNG, 300 DPI minimum, 600 DPI recommended. DTG: RGB or RGBA. DTF: RGBA accepted, but transparency is not recommended for the final print and designs that rely on it are not suitable. Vector artwork must be rasterised at the correct DPI.

**Embroidery:** from 1 piece, ordered through the API only. The partner supplies the finished **.pxf** stitch file — Valadio does not digitise artwork. Two machine setups with 15 thread colours each (Madeira Polyneon, Gunold); one design uses colours from one palette only and the palettes cannot be combined.

**DTF** works on cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, leather, fleece and blends, on t-shirts, shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, jeans, sportswear, bags and caps, and reaches front, back, chest, sleeves, pockets, collars and hard-to-reach areas. High polyester content can shift the colour over time; seams and zippers hurt adhesion; large prints on thin t-shirts feel slightly plastic, while hoodies and thick fabrics are where DTF is best.

**DTG (Brother and Kornit)** is for 100 % cotton and high-cotton blends, not for polyester-dominant fabrics, and covers front, back, left and right chest, and sleeves on Brother. Not suitable for pockets, collars or hard-to-reach areas. Garment quality visibly affects the result; Kornit Atlas MAX is the choice when the brief says highest quality.

**Not offered:** all-over print, cut & sew.

## 4. Prices

⚠️ **Every price in this section is INDICATIVE and must be presented as such.**

They are wholesale rates for print-on-demand partners producing **1,000 or more prints per month**, in EUR, **netto excluding VAT** and excluding the cost of the blank garment. Valid from September 2025 and subject to change without notice. The final price always depends on volume, product mix, print size and count, destination, parcel weight and the agreed service level, and is set individually for each partner. Volume discounts and custom pricing are available.

Rules that change the colour count: white counts as two colours · printing on dark garments adds one colour for the base · polyester and blended fabrics add one colour for the blocker. Standard screen-printing delivery is 12 business days; express adds 50 % to the production cost.

## 5. Service levels and logistics

Standard production 48–72 business hours: 2 business days in low season, 3 in high season, 98 % SLA. Express 24 h: orders received until 23:59 are produced and shipped the next business day and skip any backlog — suitable for Amazon and TikTok Shop sellers, small surcharge per print. High season is December, May to July, and holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Daily carrier pickup at the factory, business days: Packeta (Zásilkovna, CZ/SK) 11:00 · Spring 13:00 · DHL Standard 13:00 · DHL Express CZ 14:00. Orders must be production-complete before pickup to ship the same business day.

Delivery: 1–2 days Germany and Czechia · 1–3 days Slovakia and Austria · 3–5 days Netherlands and Belgium · 3–7 days Italy and the rest of the EU, including the UK. Daily linehaul to the DHL distribution centre in Ottendorf plus Spring for cross-border; DPD, GLS and Packeta also available. Service levels: untracked, tracked, signed and special DDP.

White-label is the default — no Valadio branding anywhere in the parcel. Options: branded packaging and mailers, branded hangtags, custom neck tag printed by DTF inside the neck (up to 100 × 100 mm, individual data per order via API), manufacturer label removal on "No Label" and tear-away garments only (no cutting of sewn-in labels), custom QR codes and barcodes per product on packaging for consolidation and multi-warehouse fulfillment, order consolidation across products and sources.

## 6. Who we work with and the volume threshold

Established e-commerce companies and print-on-demand businesses in their growth phase: e-commerce brands on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom shops; high-volume Etsy, Amazon and eBay sellers; POD and creator brands needing full white-label; print houses and retailers launching a personalisation business; fashion and retail brands whose own collections we produce made-to-order and deliver to their stores or their customers.

Recommended volume is 1,000 prints per month, actual or projected soon, because that is what justifies the cost of an API integration; each partnership is evaluated case by case. Below that: ShirtPlatform SaaS with manual order entry, or our partners Mayzing and Shirtigo, which integrate with Shopify and TikTok Shop. Startups are served directly when the product is unique or the market potential is strong; low-volume partners and startups may be asked for a €1,000 upfront payment, fully deducted from the invoices Valadio issues for print and dropshipping services.

## 7. What makes the service different

Everything is customised to the partner's operation rather than the other way round: partner-specific carriers and delivery timelines including DDP and signed services; tailored API endpoints and data formats; the partner's non-standard products stocked in our warehouse; custom SLA of 24, 48 or 72 hours or a timeline agreed for the season; custom QR codes and barcodes on packaging for consolidation and tracking; connection to the partner's ERP, PIM or WMS with middleware where needed.

## 8. Onboarding

**API fulfillment and dropshipping partner — 1 to 3 months.** Phase 1, requirements (1–2 weeks): print technologies and volumes per technology, which stock products and which custom products to hold, example design files so material consumption can be estimated, destination countries, average products per order, monthly and annual volume, preferred carriers, fulfillment speed, finishing needs, special requirements such as QR codes. Phase 2, physical quality inspection (1 week): we print samples from the partner's own files and ship them for evaluation. Phase 3, API integration (1–4 weeks): order submission, catalog synchronisation, tracking and status updates, RMA tool access, test orders produced and delivered for real. Phase 4, test production (1–4 weeks): live orders, real deliveries, monitoring and optimisation.

**ShirtPlatform SaaS partner — 1 to 2 weeks.** Same requirements and sample phase, then account creation, training on collections and manual order entry, carrier configuration, go live. Upgrade path to the API once volume justifies it.

**Full ShirtPlatform partnership — 2 to 3 months.** Everything above plus the Online Creator, a Magento storefront, custom shipping and payment integrations, product translations and full platform training.

Sample packages with print-technique examples, textile quality and packaging are sent to prospective partners on request (info@valadio.com).

## 9. Quality and claims

Every print partner gets access to our web-based RMA tool. A claim is submitted with the order reference and photographs of the issue; our team reviews it against our quality standards. Accepted claims are reimbursed as a credit on the partner account, covering both product and shipping cost.

## 10. Sustainability

150.8 kWp rooftop solar covering part of the production facility's consumption, water-based inks, and on-demand production — nothing is printed until it is ordered, which is what removes overproduction from the model.
