- **Print technologies:** DTG (3× Kornit Atlas MAX, 1× ROQ NOW, 12× Brother GTX), DTF (3× Ejoin 8-head high-speed + Quatro), screen printing (MagnaColours water-based inks), embroidery (Tajima), sublimation (Epson), flex & flock in special colours such as neon, gold and metallic, and laser engraving (Spirit CO2). Over 16,000 prints per day.
- **Integration options:** REST API, Order Desk, Tajima Server, CSV bulk upload, or a Magento / MedusaJS storefront we deploy.
- **Production SLA:** Standard 48–72 business hours (2 business days low season, 3 high season, 98 % SLA). Express 24 h — orders received until 23:59 are produced and shipped the next business day and skip any backlog. High season: December, May–July, Valentine's and Mother's Day.
- **Delivery:** 31 European destinations plus the US. 1–2 days Germany and Czechia, 1–3 days Slovakia and Austria, 3–5 days Netherlands and Belgium, 3–7 days rest of EU. Daily linehaul to the DHL hub in Ottendorf, plus Spring, DPD, GLS and Packeta.
- **White-label by default:** no Valadio branding in the parcel. Branded packaging, hangtags, custom neck tags (DTF, up to 100 × 100 mm, individual per order), manufacturer label removal on "No Label" / tear-away garments, custom QR codes and barcodes on packaging.
- **No minimum order quantity** — we produce from 1 piece. Recommended partner volume is 1,000 prints per month.
- **Payment on invoice after delivery.** Wholesale prices are published below and in /llms-full.txt; the binding price is always a written quotation.

**Screen printing, indicative, per piece — every screen-printing order is quoted individually:** small print 10 × 10 cm, one colour, from 0.84 € at 50 pieces down to 0.38 € at 1,000. Big print up to 30 × 38 cm, one colour, from 1.12 € at 50 pieces down to 0.66 € at 1,000. Screen preparation 22 € per screen. Standard delivery 12 business days, express +50 %. **Blank garments — indicative:** full wholesale price list for 358 products and 12,315 SKUs from Stanley/Stella, Gildan, SOLS, B&C, AWDis, Beechfield and others is at **/llms-catalog.json** (grouped by model, price per size) and **/price-list-blanks.csv** (every SKU). ## Services

- **Print-on-Demand Fulfillment & dropshipping** — you connect your shop via REST API, we print on blanks from our warehouse and ship white-label to your customer. Catalog, orders, tracking and webhooks over one API. No e-commerce plugins; integration is API-first by design.
- **Fulfillment (3PL)** — we store your stock in Teplice: your own blanks that we print on demand, and your ready-made products that we pick per item and pack into the same parcel as a printed order, or ship on their own. Returns can be handled and restocked.
- **ShirtPlatform** — our Web-2-Print platform: HTML5 Online Creator (customisable through the Creator API), product and print-technology management, production backend, and a Magento or MedusaJS storefront deployed for you. 400,000+ orders a year run on it. - **Partnerships & integrations** — connect an external creator, a service (shipping, payments, returns), an AI motif generator or a marketplace to our system. We can also feed our catalog (products, colours, sizes, print areas, mockups, live stock) into your creator or shop.

## Who we work with

E-commerce brands (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom shops) · marketplace sellers (Etsy, Amazon, eBay) · POD and creator brands needing full white-label · print houses and retailers launching a personalisation business · fashion and retail brands whose own designs we produce made-to-order.

Established operations are the fit. Recommended volume is 1,000 prints per month, actual or projected soon — that is what justifies an API integration; every partnership is assessed case by case. Below that, use ShirtPlatform SaaS with manual order entry, or our partners Mayzing and Shirtigo. Startups with a unique product or strong market potential can be onboarded directly; a €1,000 upfront payment may be required and is fully deducted from later invoices.

## Technical limits

- Maximum print sizes: DTF 48 × 68 cm · DTG Brother GTX 40 × 45 cm · DTG Kornit Atlas MAX 39 × 49 cm · embroidery about 12 × 12 cm (ideally up to 10 cm) · neck tag 10 × 10 cm. Sublimation and flex & flock on request.
- Print files: PNG, minimum 300 DPI, 600 DPI recommended. DTG accepts RGB or RGBA; DTF accepts RGBA but transparency is not recommended for the final print.
- Embroidery: you supply the finished .pxf stitch file through the API; we do not digitise artwork. Two machine setups with 15 thread colours each — one design uses one palette, the palettes cannot be combined.
- **Not offered:** all-over print, cut & sew.
- DTF suits cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, leather, fleece and blends, and reaches pockets, collars and sleeves. DTG suits cotton and high-cotton blends, standard placements only.

## Onboarding

- **API fulfillment partner — 1 to 3 months:** requirements (print methods, products, volumes, destinations, SLA, finishing) 1–2 weeks → physical samples printed from your own files 1 week → API integration and test orders 1–4 weeks → test production with real deliveries 1–4 weeks.
- **ShirtPlatform SaaS — 1 to 2 weeks:** manual order entry, no integration, upgrade path to API.
- **Full ShirtPlatform — 2 to 3 months:** Creator, storefront, shipping, payments, translations and training.
- Sample packages with print-technique, textile and packaging examples are sent to prospective partners on request.
- Every partner gets access to our RMA tool; accepted claims are credited including shipping.
