Direct-to-garment printing
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is transforming the custom apparel sector. Direct-to-film transfer
Direct To Film (DTF) printing is a modern digital printing method that has gained significant popularity recently. This technique involves transferring designs directly onto a thin film using specialized DTF printers. At Valadio, we utilize advanced Roll-2-Roll systems, which are ideal for achieving durable, sharp prints with vibrant colors that retain their integrity wash after wash.
Screenprinting with water based inks
In our production facility, we utilize high-quality water-based inks from Magna Colours as our preferred choice. Embroidery

Our dropshipping service is specifically designed for e-commerce retailers who want to outsource their personalized T-shirts and apparel production and dropshipping to a reliable partner without a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This means we support orders starting from a single item. To use our print-on-demand (POD) dropshipping service, you need to connect to our API, agree on print-methods, choose shipping provider and choose products from our internal warehouse. Through this API, you send us print data, order information, and customer details. Once we receive the print data, it is processed in our production system. Within 24 to 48 business hours, we print the products, pack them, and send them directly to your customer.
For clients, who connect to our system via API and use products we keep in stock ( 3.500 SKUs ) it takes between 24 (Express mode) and 48 (Standard mode) business hours to print data and additional 1-3 business days to deliver to the end customer. We are regularly publishing data about our production speed and order-to-delivery.
Larger orders ( bulk orders) are delivered within 10-15 business days depending on the products availablilty, season and other factors. You will be allways informed by your account manager about expected delivery time.
We serve whole Europe, however our main countries are Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia
We keep inhouse more than 3,500 SKUs , which is mainly Tshirts, Polos, Hoodies, Sweaters, Mugs and various accessories. In a case you require specific products to print on, we are open for discussion.
ShirtPlatform is our proprietary solution designed for Print houses and E-commerce companies who would like to offer their customers excelent solution for online apparel personalization. Unlike other solutions it contains European fulfillment service and may be customized / branded based on your requirements.
