In a move towards full transparency, we are publishing monthly statistics of Valadio print-on-demand production facility, in Teplice, Czech Republic.

Who we are

Valadio is a POD fulfillment and dropshipping company serving the entire European market. We specialize in 24/48 hour POD production and white-label dropshipping, primarily in the apparel decoration segment. Our services utilize digital print-on-demand technologies, including DTG, DTF, sublimation, flex & flock, embroidery, and screen printing. We keep in-house more than 3.500 SKUs of products in our internal warehouse.

Who are our clients

Our clients are primarily E-commerce brands, Marketplaces & POD platforms that need to quickly produce hundreds of small orders per day and ship them to their customers across Europe.

How we serve them

  • or they use our Shirtplatform solution, which combines Magento E-commerce platform, online creator & fulfillment service into one package.

General production statistics for May 2024

  • Total number of individual prints: 109783 ( Screenprinting is NOT included )
  • DTG - 77654 prints
  • DTF 29708 prints
  • Sublimation - 943 prints ( mainly mugs )
  • Flex&Flock - 1436 prints

Each print is counted individually, for example, if there is a T-shirt with 2 prints ( front and back ), it's counted as 2 prints. Start writing here...

Products by product type in May 2024

The chart bellow shows product portfolios typical for May/summer time. We keep inhouse more than 3500 SKUs, brands such as Gildan, B&C, Just Hoods, Stanley&Stella, and others. 

Production speed ( Express setup )

Our next chart shows the EXPRESS orders configuration, which is typical for Amazon retailers and E-commerce brands where speed matters. The following criteria have to be met :

  • 24 business hours SLA, which means that we produce 98% of all orders within 24 business hours since we received the order
  • Production time is measured from the moment the order is received until the shipping tag is scanned.

Express orders May 2024 benchmarks

  • Average production time in business days: 0,652 days (this excludes all orders received during public holidays and weekends).
  • Average production time in calendar days: 1,062 day ( this includes weekends, and public holidays when the production was stopped.

Production speed ( standard setup )

Our next chart shows the STANDARD shop configuration which is characterized by configuration that is characterized by

  • 48 business hours SLA, which means that we produce 98% of all orders within 48 business hours since we received the order
  • Production time is calculated, as the time from when the order was received until we have scanned the shipping tag.

Standard orders May 2024 benchmarks

  • Average production time in business days: 1.372 days (this excludes all orders received during public holidays and weekends).
  • Average production time in calendar days: 1.842 days ( this includes weekends, and public holidays when the production was stopped )


ORDER-TO-DELIVERY data for Germany

In the next dashboard, we are publishing ORDER-TO-DELIVER data from one of our German customers.

  • Time is calculated in calendar days and its ORDER-TO-DELIVERY time ( from placing an order by the customer on the website, until he receives orders in his hands )
  • Production time is Orange
  • Delivery time is Green
  • Weekends are marked with blue background
  • Delivery country - Germany
  • Courier used - DHL
  • Type of orders - standard orders with 48 Hour SLA with a small percentage of Express orders

Public holidays during May 2024

  • DHL depo closed - 1st, 9th and 20th of May 2024 ( public holidays in Saxony, Germany )
  • Public holidays in Czech Republic - 1st and 8th of May 2024


Order-to-delivery chart analysis

  • As shown in the chart above, due to national public holidays in Germany and the Czech Republic at the beginning of May, the chart was flatter, and the average order-to-delivery time increased to around 5 calendar days during the first 10 days of May.
  • In the second half of May, the chart began to resemble a more standard curve, with lows around 3-3.5 calendar days for orders placed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and highs around 6 calendar days for orders placed on Fridays.
